Greece - September 2 - The Acropolis

We kicked off our day with a visit to the Athen Acropolis...which...was...amazing. My head explodes when I try to imagine how they were able to construct this incredible site 2,500 years ago...and they did it on TOP of the highest point in Athen...whaaat? FYI - If you ever go to the Athens, the Acropolis is an absolute must see, and frankly, the Acropolis museum right across the street in definitely worth a visit as well. We trekked around Athens for the day and also took in the Ancient Agora ruins, the temple of Hephaestus, the Temple of Zeus, Hadrian's Arch, etc. All of it equally mind-blowing.
